    ESA — The English School Academy

    PROBLEM

    An English academy in Medellín needed to run its entire operation on a single system of its own: enrollments, groups, payments, attendance, grades, certificates and payroll, with separate access for administration, teachers and students.

    SOLUTION

    We built the full platform from scratch: a public site managed from the panel, an admin dashboard with indicators, a teacher portal and a student portal. All on a single database, with role-based authentication, transactional email, scheduled jobs and report exports.

    RESULT

    The platform is in production and runs the daily operation of the academy. More than thirty business entities — from enrollments and payments to certificates and payroll — live in one system, with no parallel spreadsheets or duplicated information across teams.
